All items are covered by a 30-day warranty starting from the day you receive your parcel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at Contact@madolights.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that items must be in the same condition as received—we cannot accept returns for dirty, broken, or damaged items.
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange a product, you have 30 days from the date of receipt. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our support team at Contact@madolights.com for assistance.
Specific Situations
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or becomes defective within 30 days, please take photos and videos of the issue and send them to Contact@madolights.com. After verification, we will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund.
- Wrong Product Received: If you receive an incorrect item, you have 30 days to return it. Please contact us at Contact@madolights.com, and we will promptly assist you in getting the correct product.
- Non-Arrival of Product: While our standard delivery time is 4-5 business days (plus 1-2 days for processing), some delays can occur. If your order has not arrived within 15 days, we ask for your patience and suggest allowing up to 20 days. A full refund will be issued if your product has not arrived after 25 days.
Important Notes
- We are unable to accept returns for items that have been used, washed, or are not in their original packaging.
- We cannot be held responsible for orders with incorrect shipping addresses or for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered.
