Cancellation Window
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Once this period has passed, your order may already be in the process of being shipped and cannot be canceled.

Refunds
If you cancel your order within the 2-hour window, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement.
Exceptions
Please be aware that some products cannot be canceled. This includes items that are personalized or perishable. These exceptions will be noted on the product page at the time of purchase.
